First off let me tell you it was so easy to book a session with Yapah Life Breathing Meditation it took a few minutes to do and after that it's booked for the day that's scheduled for I had mine today and Yapah was so professional and on time and the session was amazing relaxing and peaceful Yapahs voice is so calming and peaceful Yapah helped me relax and be peaceful mind,body and soul thank you Yapah truly and I will be doing another session soon blessings.

Had a seeion today and not only did I find some relaxation but my dog and cat passed out while listening to the therapeutic music Yapah was playing. I never take time for myself because I have a hectic life but I will be using what I was shown to help me get through stress and massive panic attacks I have on a regular basis!
